help!!! button stuck

Hi guys I need help asap I bought a Solara dna 30 mod from beyond vape and the button is stuck in and won't hit, I don't know what's wrong with jt, any help, btw I'm pretty new to vaping and box mods and everthing so please use simply terms

Which button is stuck in?...Regardless i would call them or email them and let them know about the problem and see about getting a replacement.

I agree, contact the seller and ask for a refund/replacement....don't try to use it with a button that is sticking, make sure if it is one with replaceable batteries that you take and leave the batteries out of the unit as well.

Solara is a cool looking dna. Like above call them and get it replaced. Problems like that tend to get worse not better.
