Just stumbled across this site... Im fairly new into vaping and hope to learn lots of info... I've been using the ego-twists and a X6 with a aero tank. Ive just recently started wanting to get into the mechanical mods! Im sure ill be asking lots of questions lol!

Thanks guys, well I just recently bought a king mod with a patriot rba... My question is what's the best battery's to use? I'm hearing good things about the sony's. And also is it just a matter of preference on using cotton or wicks?

Can't go wrong with a Sony VTC4 or VTC5. Just make sure you buy from a reputable seller. Batteries are not something to budget shop for.

Cotton is a wicking material so not sure what you are asking.

Could you point me in the direction of a reputable seller? My local shop has been out and I'm anxious to start. Lol
Well I've seen some people using organic cotton and some the silica wicks.

And for wicks, I prefer Ramie fiber but organic cotton from CVS is good/

I've hear that the seller r-lsales is a reputable dealer on eBay for batteries as well.

Illumn and RTD Vapor is where I get batteries.

I personally use Peaches and Creme yarn for wicking. You can get a small spool at Walmart for under $1.50.
