You wouldn't, the Helium is a joke, you'll see that clicking on the link. It wouldn't be possible to put liquid Helium in an e juice considering it is colder than liquid nitrogen and evaporates extremely quickly.

Pretty sure Helium would be impossible due to its limited temp range in a liquid state but it would be interesting to see if there are any other non toxic liquid compounds that when vaporized have a density less than air
