To some degree, you have to look at it in perspective. Only a few weeks before the election, much of the media was still claiming Trump would be lucky to get 200 electoral votes. In the context of what was predicted, it may not have been a "landslide" but it certainly was a seismic event.
Even the Dims call it a "historic" upset.
I find the parsing of words by the leftists both historical and hysterical. It doesn't change the context of the statement, even though Billy Boy tried to do just that, "It depends upon what the meaning of the word 'is' is. ... If it means there is none, that was a completely true statement".
The leftists might be fooling themselves when they leave out the word "illegal" in "illegal aliens/immigration" or parse a Travel "Ban" rather than a "restriction". The examples are endless. But most people actually understand the context of the common language that Trump speaks. They also understand the twisted forked tongue of the Politically Correct. They voted for the context of the common language and against the forked tongue of PC speak.They are not fooled by the leftist's parsing, they actually pay attention to context.
Parsing the word "landslide" is ridiculously funny as they completely ignore the context. Not that they haven't been parsing words for many years, it's just gotten to the ridiculous stage.
