doing a new recipe for lemon meringue pie not sure on % to use concentrates are
Lemon meringue pie - CAP
Lemon Sicily - FA
Vienna cream - FA
Caramel - FA
Graham cracker - CAP
Did a drop or each in tepid water and swilled around mouth, liking the outcome but really need help on % to use for a nice mix

Unsure about the CAP Lemon Meringue Pie but I'd guess 5% to start.

FA Lemon Sicily 1-3%, (but I'd use low amount or skip if the above is being used for base)
FA Vienna Cream 0.5-2% range
FA Caramel 0.5-3% range
CAP Graham Cracker 1-5% range

Just a suggestion but I like to add a touch of lime sicily to brighten the lemon up.

I haven't got all the concentrates for HIC's lemon merange pie, the list is what I have atm, just made some and it's nice on my dripper, needs a bit of tweaking but it's nearly there, yeah I used the lemon Sicily to brighten up the lemon flavour. Glad I've made it, thanks for reply
