First i recommend doing a lot of research. Finding out the laws in your state, dont forget your going to need a federal as well as possibly a state tax ID. then figure out your cost/profit margin and how much product you would need to move in order to just break even. Develop a smart business plan and write down all your expenses, overhead, advertising, product, employee, designers. Theirs alot that goes into starting any business and vape shops are no exception. I'm in the research process myself and trying to find vendors but personally I want to help keep the cost of vaping to the consumer to a minimum but still provide quality products everyone loves. Do your research my friend. and lots of it.
