False advertising?

I saw this at another vaping forum. Funny thing though, when I check their stats against yours, there is waaaaay more traffic here than over there. Every time I check. Seems like they are lying? They wouldn't do that, right?

I'm pretty sure the internet does not have any kind of "Truth in advertising" laws. They are slowly dying and need money. They have hundreds of thousands of "member" that have not logged on in years.

It does say "busiest" which implies traffic, not necessarily member count, but currently active members.
