Its been that way for a long time. The Chinese edit the software to lie and say its xxx gb.. The system even says its that many, but when you try and put something on it.. not enough room.

Yes it has been but Amazon had up until the last few months kept it at bay. Looks like they are getting hammered like ebay and nomorerack have been the last couple years.
