That's a purchase for the future, too.
I want one of those french-door with bottom freezer; those things have like 26 cubic feet of storage! I have a nice side-by-side right now, but it's only about 24 cubic ft... which seemed HUGE when we first got it, but now... not so much. 'Course, there's 3 liters of nicotine in the freezer. 
We'll definitely do any major-appliance purchasing at Sears Outlet, but I'll need to save up closer to a grand, before I can even start THINKING of getting one of those; retail on most of them are $2 grand or MORE!

Yeah, the side-by-side Frigidaire we have now, we had to buy the really expensive way: via Aaron's; leased it for 2 yrs and then it was ours. We'd planned on buying a fridge, obviously, when we bought the house.... but it came right down to it, and all the "extra" money we'd set aside for it, ended up being spent to get the closing hurried up -- we paid off some bills we hadn't even THOUGHT about in 5 yrs, just to get 'em off our backs (and credit report!) so the closing could hurry up and close. So we probably paid twice what that Frigidaire was really worth, but it was the only way to get something nice, instead of some old junk from someone's garage that wouldn't have been big enough, and might not even still be running, after 6 yrs. The one we have now is perfectly fine, not a thing wrong with it... but I just can't walk past the displays of them at Home Depot without drooling.

Two things to check before getting a fridge.
1. will it fit in the space in the kitchen. Height included under cabinet.
2. Will it fit thru the front door? Some of the ones out now will not fit thru the door even with the doors removed from the fridge.
I know, I worked at Lowe's for 5 years. And was drafted on the Delivery truck several times.

Heh, no kidding -- when Aarons delivered the Frigidaire, they couldn't bring it thru the garage straight into the kitchen, because the door into the house is too narrow; it had to come in via the front door! But there's plenty of space for a fridge that's slightly wider than what we have now; more than a foot of wall between it, and that door into the garage.
And it really was a HUGE relief to discover that the online specs for the new stove were cock-eyed, and the thing is no wider than any other standard size stove -- my husband WOULD have done the major work necessary to make 2 more inches available, but we were both THRILLED to discover it wouldn't be necessary.

Got our new stove in, last night. LOVING the cooktop; it's so NICE to have a fully functioning stove-top again. It might be a few days before I want to really *use* the oven, it's got that "new" smell which smells a lot like burnt plastic; only way I know of to get rid of it is to let it preheat to 400 degrees a few times. I sure don't want that smell in my food!
Times like this, I really hate my new non-smoking nose. My nose was already at least twice as keen as any other human's, BEFORE I quit smoking... now it's my fucking cross to bear!

Heh, I wouldn't anyway -- we gotta do the Walmarting, and hey, it's FRIDAY... which doesn't mean I NEVER cook a great meal, but it's somewhat rarer than on other nights.
When I was growing up, Friday night was ALWAYS Pizza Night. Then when I was a young adult, Friday night was PARTAY!!!!!!! (still got the pizza, but also a veritable OCEAN of beer... and maybe a few shots, too!)
Now I'm a sober ol budget-conscious middle-aged wench, and Friday usually is a good excuse to just stick something in the microwave and nuke it. Which is what I'll be doing tonight, though possibly with the addition of some broccoli... which is cooked on the stove-top. No, I never would have believed I could grow up to be so wise, and so boring.

Well... I finally found an open timeslot to mix up some testers of those 4 flavors I ordered the other day, and I have to say... I do NOT miss tobacco flavors AT ALL. Gawd what a reek. Makes me appreciate and cherish my strawberry all the more!
Strangely, while we were out today, I was waiting outside the dollar store for my husband, just vaping away in the shade (it got up to 91 today, shade was nice!), and really wasn't even minding the smell of a butt that was smoldering in the ashtray... At least, I didn't mind it till it got to the filter and started burning that -- I hated that stench even when I smoked, now it's like... GACK!!!!!!!!!!! SAVE ME!!!!!!!!
So I went on out to the truck... fiddled with the fob, got it unlocked.... then, getting into the truck, I had my white minibook in the same hand as my keys, laden with the fob and every farkin "store discount" doohickey under the sun... and I dropped my white minibook on the pavement. Which is now apparently FUBAR.
It'll still vape, so we didn't have to run straight home or anything, but the screen no longer works at all. Dammit to hell.
So I gotta scroll back however many pages and find that link that Lynn posted, about the $13 minibooks, and see if they still have any. I remember it was on the 21st, so I dunno... 5 pages? 10?

Wouldn't have the FIRST clue how to do that.
Considering that, actually, but my experience with wraps is that the original color shows thru on the edges; I'm trying to find a wrap that would be mostly white, but look ok with whatever color was showing thru on the edges.

Today's mail non-delivery gave me a screaming fit for an entirely different reason -- I'm impatiently awaiting my Ventolin refills from GSK. I'm not out or anything, but jonesing for inhalers is like jonesing for cigarettes beccause you only have one in your last pack so MORE MUST BE BOUGHT IMMEDIATELY IF NOT SOONER!
