Dr Nicholas Hopkinson, medical adviser to the British Lung Foundation, told MailOnline: 'Most people are fairly confident that e-cigarettes are less harmful than cigarettes.

Anyone with a level head knows that putting anything other than air in ones lungs isn't a good thing, but I'll stick with the lesser of the two evils.

I have copd and could not go 10 feet to get a cup of coffee, a little over 4 years ago. I started vaping a little over 4 years ago and my VA doctor told me to keep vaping because my lungs had improved by 1/3. So to me someone is full of crap. Vaping saved my life.
