So what's your point? Let him handle his business the way he does and you handle yours the way you do. I can't for the life of me figure out why this is so important to you. You do you man. Are you trying to show us all what a fantastically moral guy you are or do you want us all to think you're a sucker? I just don't get it.It still makes no difference to me weather you can or can't. I am not going to do a charge back to a vendor that promptly sent my items to a shipper and then the shipper lost it. My beef is going to be with the shipper....
And no way in hell am I going to around the internet bashing a vendor over a situation like this.
But that's me... everyone not as easy going as I am
ON this we can definitely agree. Nothing can solidify an unsure opinion in a debate faster than hearing an opposing view spoken in another voice. No one says the op has to agree with my opinions... thats all they are my opinions. If you don't like a healthy debate their is the option of not particapating
Maybe you need to go back and read the thread. I stated my opinion pages ago. Like another poster said anyone who thinks the vendor has no responsibility to insure the product is delivered obviously has a warped sense of right vs wrong. It is such a commonly accepted practice that every cc company and PayPal insist on it in their user agreement but obviously your opinion is more important and you must have some devine knowledge that the rest of us are just not privy to.So what's your opinion? Am I overreacting? Should I give them a break? This isn't a fly-by-nighter, either, it's a fairly well known shop and etailer out of Hawai'i........ op's first post...maybe you should read before posting
The op asked for opinions..... that's the purpose of the forumn

No thinking person minds a differing opinion but the premise of your whole line of thought is just ridiculous. Sorry if you got butt hurt.Just my opinion on how I would handle.... sorry that this bothers. I got no problem agreeing to disagree.... I will leave it at that. Feel free to bash on as I am done here
I thought you were done here? Doesn't look like that from where I'm sitting.Sorry to disapoint..no butt hurt here
