In today's review, we are having a look at the Cthulhu MTL RDA (mRDA). Promising to deliver a mouth to lung style vape in RDA format it...well...doesn't to be honest. The odd airflow config at the top, plus a side airflow which only has a small degree of movement to adjust it is what is hampering this RDA from working.
