Sometimes when they do this they change the classification of Electronic Cigarettes to Tobacco Products. That opens up the door to ever increasing tax hikes on E-Liquids to make up for the revenue they are losing from declined Tobacco sales. As a Vaper I do not want to be classified as a Tobacco userThe Sin Tax might actually be our saving grace...if states can get their hands on a tax that they are losing from tobacco sales, it might balance out the Tobacco Bonds losses they are taking....that might encourage them to help keep our E Liquid available. Something to think about.
