box mod schematics

I've been vaping for awhile now , and can't help but to see the increase in popularity with box mods. I've already made a list of the supplies J need. But I've been searching for a good schematic for a box using mosfet. Can anyone help me out? I want to make sure I build something that will operate safely with out my face being blown off. Lol
