This is my review of the Billow X, dual coil RTA by EHPRO. It is made from stainless steel, has a capacity of 5.5ml using the supplied bubble tank or 4ml in straight glass mode. At the base it measures roughly 25.5mm and bulges out to 27mm or 30mm in bubble configuration. The deck and grub screws are fully gold plated. It comes with a marbled, camo style 810 drip tip and a whole host of spares, including 4 ni80 quad core, fused clapton coils and some muji cotton.
