I really love Mike Vapes recurve. Pretty kick ass little rdA. You cannot build the little fucker wrong. Unless you use under 2.5 and you somehow pull the coil to the drip tip and melt it lol.

I strongly recommend it if you squonk.

If your just using dual battery I'd suggest the dead rabbit, or drop. Lots of people like one or the other. Never both

You will get many different answers with some overlap, my top 4 are as follows
Single coil: recurve and wasp are my 2 favorites.
Dual coil: original goon and dead rabbit are my 2 favorites.

Recurve is not bad but not best for flavor. I like the my Phobia but there is a little learning curve on how much to drip without any leaking. Bottom AF is said to be best for flavor

I have a loop, dead rabbit and a cosmonaut and I like the cosmonaut the most for flavor. The loop has good flavor too but I just don't like the airflow. The dead rabbit has ok flavor but I like it for on the go because it drips like a tank. I'll pry try the recurve when I can find it on sale

These all I have to work with and they are in order of best to worst flavor.

Nudge The best I own for flavor but a little hard to build on and dosnt hold much juice as a dripper.

Dead Rabbit is next best, holds lots of juice. This one only has one position for the coils to go. Too close to the airflow and you will get juice in your mouth.

Peerless is just as good as top two and cheaper. As dual coil doesnt hold alot of juice as single coil one side acts like a tank.

Drop has way to much airflow when wide open but has lots of build room and good juice res..

    Hadaly for single coil
    Goon for dual coil.

If you can't afford authentic then there's clones for both.
Also hadaly is always sold out so you have to keep your eyes on them

I'm gonna be the odd ball here cos i think the wasp and dead rabbit are overrated.
The gorge is better than the wasp and i found dead rabbit below average.

    Nudge / Wasp for Single.
conspiracy is pretty good in either single or duel.
Recurve is next on my list and I have a goon on the way.

If you like the wasp you'll like the recurve dude. The airflow on the recurve is amazingly smooth and quiet.

For dual coils I love my goon 22mm. Little bugger packs a flavorful punch.

    for flavor i like:
    NarDA
    NarCA
    Hadaly
    Entheon
they each have their pros and cons but excel at flavor
NarDA - not the easiest build deck can't take large coils, airflow is RL
but with simple 26 gauge round wire or 5 wrap claptons the flavor is phenomenal
NarCA - a little easier build deck and can take larger coils, airflow is RL works
great with simple wire or exotic the flavor slightly edges out the NarDA
Hadaly - Real easy deck, can't take large coils, airflow is DL, easy to over squonk or over drip
simple 26 gauge round wire or 5 wrap claptons the flavor is phenomenal
Entheon - real easy build deck, can take larger coils, airflow is RL
works great with simple wire, top cap gets hot with exotic builds
better with a PEI cap, ton of extras, flavor is phenomenal

I own many rda's myself. And there is something definitely special about the cosmonaut by district five. Im a flavor chaser at heart and im always grabbing for my csmnt IT IS TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY. I own a dead rabbit, drop, blah blah. If im not using my csmnt im using my goon 1.5....however i just got at kennedy 25mm im excited to see how it preforms. I hope this helps

I realize this is an older thread but but I have to be the oddball and mention that I love the Aura by Digiflavor and DJLSB. Coil placement is a little finicky-they've got to be in just the right place if you want to use both side and bottom air but when you get it right, the flavor is awesome.

It's kinda easy to overdrip or oversquonk if you're not paying attention but all bottom airflow rdas have that problem. I use 3mm coils and I feel like it'll take 4mm easy. Tons of airflow if you run it wide open. I run mine with the side air barely cracked and it's perfect for me.

I like it enough that I've bought 3 of them! :)

I just got the Wotofo Profile, it seems to be great flavor, but I don’t have a ton of experience in the RDA world yet.

I am also a big fan of the Wotofo Profile Rda. Stupendous flavor and I find it so much easier to build not having to pull cotton, or rayon in my case, through a coil. I just clamp one side and put the rayon in and then clamp the other side, super simple and gets the wick nice and tight. Convenience, excellent flavor and vapor, these are a few of my favorite things.

Just got the profile as well and would have to agree. I have most of the RDAs mentioned in this thread and so far the profile is beating them out.

Another profile fan here. I agree with all that's been said and I'll add that I haven't been able to make it leak. I tend to be an absent-minded squonker, especially when driving. All my other RDAs will leak, but not this one. I got two last week and I'll be getting another two next week. I've been using Rayon in them and I just can't rave enough about them.

Is rayon really good for rdas? First I’ve hear of using it, but I am really new to rebuilding.

Rayon is good for rda’s, rta’s, rebuilding those little 1.8ohm Protank coils that came out like 5 years ago. It’s cheap and it is tasteless, it wicks better then cotton. I think I read once it’s more heat resistant but can’t speak to this. I always keep my wicking wet. Biggest thing for me is I just taste my juice. With cotton I’ll get a toilet paper smell taste that takes a bit to go away. Rayon has zero break in, it’s good from the first puff.

This is why I'm going to make rayon my next wick purchase after I go through a bit more cotton bacon. Stuff is cheap too!
BTW, someone did a very good write up on rayon over at that other place...for anyone looking for more details on how to use it.

To those who like the profile, what mesh are you using? I see it comes with some kanthal but I think I would be more interested in SS. I'm kind of hung up on Replay mode with the DNA chip.

I’ve used the stops they provided and some S.S. mesh I think 400. It worked well and I was able to run it in temp mode although I’m a novice with temp.

I've got some SS mesh 200 on the way as I also like TC. Mjag did a review of the profile and said he tried a few mesh gauges and landed on the 200 as the best.

What’s a good temp to shoot for with S.S.? I’m still not sure if I’m actually getting up to temps I’m setting or not. I see the mod fluxing to different temperatures but never up to what I’ve set.

Personally, I vape around 400-425. I like a fairly cool vape though. Most people I know vape at 450 or so.

That is user specific. I usually get up to 470-490, as unlike MWorthington, I like warm vapes. You've just got to experiment and you'll find what you like.
