Battery life question

Does anyone know how a 2500 Mah lipo battery, specifically an aspire zelos, compares to the life of two 25r's in series? Does something like that last the workday? (The lipo)

Thank you for the quick response. Let's say I use them both the same, 2 25r's do last an 8 hour work day no problem.

Is this in a regulated mod, in other words can you select the watts you vape at? If so, then it's a pretty safe assumption that two 25R's would be close to double the battery life of the 2500mAh lipo.
