So I just took out 4 new 18650 25r's and the one has a small indent on the negative side I will post a picture but it may be hard to tell. Should I just go and get a new one?

I think that it doesn't matter , it is only out of shape.
A small dent at the bottom (negative) end of the battery is usually not a problem, BUT... the only way to be sure is to stop using the battery, just measure the voltage of the battery, leave the battery unused for several hours, and then measure the voltage again. If the voltage has gone down, then get rid of the battery. The voltage of an undamaged battery, if the battery is left unused, should not go down noticeably over a period of like 5 or 6 hours. (Using just a simple multimeter to take the measurements.)
