Once entire states start doing what San Fran is doing their tax income from cigarette sales will start to recover slightly, at the end of the day that's all that really matters. Teen vaping is a thinly veiled excuse.

Luka Kinard began vaping when he started high school in 2017. He quickly developed an addiction and found himself struggling in school, uninterested in activities he once enjoyed and selling his belongings to satisfy his cravings. Thankfully, he was able to kick his habit after spending 40 days in rehabilitation.

GTFO. I wonder how long he'd have had to spend in rehab if he'd started smoking instead?

Weed is being legalized in some form in most states while vaping gets tossed down the stairs...wtf is going on.

I've got nothing against weed being legalized, but have certainly noticed the correlation between heavy restrictions on vaping and a lax attitude toward things like shooting up in public.

Yeah, that’s f’ing unbelievable! When I heard about needle exchanges I thought it was a joke.

Do they even have “nic detox” in these places? Give me a rest, I’m tired of this bs. It’s as bad as that girl suing whatever company’s pod she was using, since she had no idea juice with nicotine was addictive!
I think 40 days in rehab is longer than they give people for opioids or other abused drugs. Amazing what they’ll do for more tax money.

I’ve seen people (in NYC) with tables setup off of 34th Street, where they will give out clean needles and condoms. Weird.

Slightly OT here, Rossum. But when the Deeming/PMTA crackdown hits, what will happen to pods? Not trying to be funny or stupid, but are closed pods the only ones that will be able to be sold?
I just got a digest from the other forum, and read through about 20 pages of your “be prepared” thread. And yes, even though it’s plummeted to the 80’s here now, it’s probably still a bit hot to buy nic yet. But it is in my future, dammit.

Edit: I’ve tried one pod, pretty much hated it and then lost it, so I’m just wondering about all of this.
