What the fuck is this guy talking about?
"vaping mecca" That's got to be the stupidest phrase I ever heard.

Also how would allowing vaping in public cause "proliferation of hookah lounges," ???

Arvada City Council passed two ordinances July 1 regarding the use and sale of (word removed) in the city of Arvada.
The revisions also make it illegal to consume (word removed) in public and to have an open (word removed) container in a motor vehicle.
