It does "dry hit" prevention with Kanthal, not temp regulation.
I'll put it like this. I've been using it for a few days. It's well built and works as good as anything out there. The size is small and it looks nice. It does do dry hit prevention and does somewhat regulate Kanthal just not like nickel or titanium. If the price is good then it's worth it to buy it as a TC mod for nickel and titanium and a watts box for Kanthal.

Yup....a price point of $80 or so would have them moving fast. I've noticed that in this arena, any Chinese made mod over $100 gets little attention until the first gen reviews are done, revisions are made, and the price drops. Nothing against Chinese made mods (I've got plenty of them!), it's just my own experience watching the marketplace. I'm in on this mod if it can keep a kanthal build from a dry hit.....so long as the price point is reasonable.....and the $80 point is reasonable right now.
When the Sig 150 was at $145, not many people were buying them. When the price dropped to $90, they moved fast. When they were getting blown out at $55-65, they were out of stock literally within a few hours. Then came the 150TC (no Kanthal dry kit prevention, that's up to the user).

I'm in the wait and see category. Waiting to see if it's worth it. Been keeping an eye on this thread. I am interested though.

Bought a Smok X Cube 2, supposed to do TC on Stainless. I don't care about Kanthal. It has cool LED's and Was almost 100$ less. Bye Bye Asolo! Bye Bye Grace, and BYE BYE to this thread!!!! Yaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!

thank you for the share, i notice smok x cube 2 can‘t TC on stainless steel, Asolo can do TC on all wires includes stainless steel.
i don't feel any TC device can do compare with Asolo. because they are different.

The Smok X Cube 2 DOES do Stainless. I don't use anything but Stainless.
I'm glad to see people liking it ! I didn't want to be the only one with an opinion of it. I'd like to see more when people start buying and receiving them ! I've mainly been using it with a tank and a nickel coil and there hasn't been any problems at all.what is the feedback for Asolo?
It sounds really promising, but I'm a little troubled by your comment on working builds. What builds have you found that don't work on it? I hope to get my hands on one soon so that I can do a full review.I actually like the output in kanthal taste control a.hair better then Ti mode (when there's a build on it that works for it)
