I was thinking too about what you said the other day about putting a mosfet in them. I had a pair of Megs coils on my green one for a few months that came in at like .11 or .12. 20S all the way. Not even a slightly warm button.

Of course we can't see inside, but you can tell that what we have here is that heavy slug of a contact and what is obviously a pretty heavy spring carrying the current. Seems to me (whatever that's worth) that unless somebody was going sooper low, like below .1, there shouldn't be an issue with this button as is. Just thinkin out loud.

Actually they are a better design than that. The wire from the bottom end of the battery is soldered to the slug that presses against the 510. No funky spring current thing.

I will likely remove and modify the switch and affix a mosfet and tactile switch and remove the slug so the switch operates the tactile switch. And solder a lead to the 510 from the MOSFET assembly.

As they are though I think they hit a bit harder than a Pico Squeeze. Slight drop theur a MOSFET. But no issues with contacts needing cleaning.

I ordered all this stuff for $43.85 before posting about the sale here.

I bet on any other site just the Cleito coils would've costed more than $43.85.

A couple of minor hiccups. I was supposed to get a couple of different green Falcons. I got an extra orange and white instead. Also, there's a box (of 5) of those Notch coils missing. My box had 9 packs instead of 10. Overall, I'm pretty pleased though.

I ordered again, requested some squonks this time.

I forgot to alert @MannyScoot! Hey, I remember you saying you liked the Sense Screen tank. Ejuice Steals has packs of triples for fifty cents and duals for a buck. They did the last I checked anyways.. Get some while ya can.

nice. after i ordered, i noticed those notch coils, and a few other things i should have got. but i wanted to get the Ram mods before they sold out.

I went back yesterday and noticed (purple) Crown 3's were only a buck. I order a few of those and some more Sense Screen coils. The Squonks were still there, so I ordered some of them. Gnome RBAs only a buck, so I got a spare one of those.

Edit- The Gemini looks like my kind of RTA. I thought I ordered 2 but I only ordered one. I would've ordered another one yesterday had I been paying attention. I love my Griffins, Billows, ect..

Turns out the Wismec Notch coils are 316L. I looked it up after I saw the resistance rise when priming one of them. I threw one in the Hermetic.

I've had them before. I think Wismec made them for (the ugly) Therom RTA. I forgot they were stainless until you brought it up. Some of the mesh coils I've seen are really similar to the notch coil patern. I'm gunna have to try them out again soon.

There's other ones out there too. I saw some Ijoy makes. They might be for the Tornado something.

These 3.99 goat Squonkers... Are the first poke yer finner in the hole squonkers that I have used.
The Coppervape, Kanger and Squeeze squonkers that I am used to have their bottle pretty snugly fitted into a round hole.
this type does not it has a round bottle in a square hole and when pressed the bottle deforms some spreading into the square corners thus reducing the amount of squonkage that goes into the atty.

Going to have to retrain myself to more aggressively squonk with the poke yer finner in the hole goat squonkers.

Might think about mod modifications....

Not really complaining, they are quite usable, but to me do not work as well as the round bottles in round holes type of squonkers.

Reminds me of Littlejohn from "Men in Tights". A squonk is a squonk, a hole is a hole. If it don't poke the hole, dem clouds just will not roll. lmao

I guess it didn't really strike me because I have a few mods with the square squonk hole like that. The Cut is a weird one. There's a whole bunch of bottles that will fit this mod too. Somebody probably makes a square one that will work. The Dot squonk bottles are too wide though.

Yeah, I knew I saw em somewhere and yes the Dot bottles are outrageous. Like a year ago Vaporrange had em for 5 apiece and I didn't get to em in time :headbang:

Yeah, I don't know for sure, yet, if the ones at FT will fit a Dot, I have some on the way. I figure, if they don't, they'll fit in something. I did have to bite the bullet and get one Dot bottle. I hope it lasts me forever. I'll put it in my will. Great bottle, but soooo expensive. I will say this, though, Dotmod customer service is unbeatable.

I'm not sure how you got that, but there's still some stuff there. LOTS has been sold out though. The RAMS are gone.

I wss thinking about square bottle for Cromwell for his Rams. Yeah, the Dot bottles ARE really nice, but 20 bucks? That's as bad as the silicone upgrade for the DS/TS. It would be great if the Fasttech ones worked in the Dot Squonk. .

if one was resourceful, or not, they could cut 2 triangle pieces of foam* and glue them inside behind the bottle. just say'n.
*said foam is the type that these mods are packed in.

I never quite understood the neon thing. I get it at a car show or scraping thr coast type of.event. But, outside of that it baffles my feeble brain.

Sadly, I was one of these people you speak of when I was younger. Had a 2 door 1991 Honda accord I paid $1200 for. I spent $1500 on a set of chrome rims. Then the big loud exhaust pipe. Then the stupidly loud and expensive stereo system. Man I got pulled over a lot in that car. I was young...

Yea man. Me too. I had a 97 saturn with every bolt on aftermarket part available. A turbo was the only thing I didn't have on it, because my ex wife was smart and wouldn't let me spend 700 bucks on something that was going to blow the car up.
