Can I trust Fasttech when they say something is authentic?

FT has never let me down. Sometimes it takes a while to get to me, but always worth the wait. They emailed Me this morning and said they messed up my order, & is sending another order out. I ordered a Mod from Angel Cigs, & they said they would ship my mod from their USA warehouse. Took 7 weeks. They won't ever see another penny from me.

Fasttech has delivered 3 counterfeit products in a row to me. One being a replacement for the first, which they admitted was fake. It has been 12 days, and they won't even respond to my service ticket.

They have never lied to me. I have bought a lot of stuff from them.

They hadn't lied to me either. Before this. They also initially refused to honor their return policy, offering me a $3 credit on a $30 product they admitted was fake.

They then agreed to send me a replacement, after 30 days of bickering. The replacement they assured me was authentic was also a fake. They won't even answer the ticket I put in. 12 days so far.

Something has changed there. Not for the better.

Also they lost there ability to send batteries via usps. I assume bc of some repeated wrong doing on there part.

I too have noticed problems with Fasttech. Even if items show in stock, after ordering they quite often lose that stock. One item, a USB charger, started showing as 'discontinued' the day after I ordered it! I've had to cancel too many items due to that problem. Still waiting on my last order to complete and at that time they'll need something really special to attract me back. Lately I've been taking my business to 3fvape, at least until they become like GB and Fasttech. So far so good.

ANY coils I have bought from FT, never worked right like the coils I'd buy in a B&M store. None of them.

Anything else has been fine. I'll just never buy coils from them anymore. I don't know if they are just seconds or they are clones, but any I bought were shit.
This has been my experience!

If you're talking about coil heads, then yes none of them have worked for me either. I got some atlantis heads for a decent price there and they don't properly fit into the tank, often not firing because the connection isn't there, and when they did fire, they would burn up within a few drags no matter how much I primed them. When that happened I just got a refund and used it to get a 10$ RDA clone.

They never put in print that a item is Genuine! That being s
aid a item is a authentic clone.

I've never heard of genuine... What does authentic mean then??

Authentic and genuine mean precisely the same thing.

Here's your Google search:
"As adjectives the difference between authentic and genuine
is that authentic is of the same origin as claimed; genuine while genuine is belonging to, or proceeding from the original stock; native; hence, not counterfeit, spurious, false, or adulterated; authentic; real; natural; true; pure."

Yep. the word authentic is used above as a synonym for genuine. Which it is.

I don't know if they are just seconds or they are clones, but any I bought
were shit.

When you know, you'll buy authentic, And they will be the same as the genuine items you'd buy anywhere else.

Or,
An Authentic Copy, not Genuine.
Tomato, Tamato.
I personally do not buy from them!

Simple Definition of authentic
  • : real or genuine : not copied or false

  • : true and accurate

  • : made to be or look just like an original

I know what they said in the listing, and I know what I received wasn't authentic.

So fuck you very much.

Not sure if that's a FT thing or USPS thing - I've gotten a couple car jump-starter boxes in the last few weeks that, one way or another, have showed up - with the usualy FT delay and screwy tracking. I think my latest package is DHL...

I've also gotten the product moved from "in stock" to "discontinued" right after I order a couple times lately - product has always shown up, but it's been an extra week or so until shipping, which is always a PITA...and it's happened with other product too. Ordered a TFV4 Micro, then a week later ordered an assortment of replacement coils. The coils showed up a month before the actual tank.
