I'm a caramel apple fiend. Ok, ok, I'm a sugar fiend, but caramel apples have the added bonus of being healthy (minus the caramel). @Sully is the inspiration, for I wouldn't have even thought about concocting this without Jay's Caramel Apple recipe. You'll obviously see some similarities. Interestingly enough, the teeny amount of peach with the teensy amount of apple create a great tangy tartness.

FlavourArt
0.5% Apple Pie
0.75% Butterscotch
1.75% Caramel
0.5% Coconut
0.1% Fuji
0.5% Peach
0.3% Pear

0.5% Whipped Cream

Do you like to frustrate us? Perhaps I'll just round to the nearest 0.25 and call whatever I come up with "Rounding Error". Just kidding, it looks really good, I think I'll try it tomorrow.

Because I use a scale, it didn't even occur to me how annoying this recipe would be without one.

I've been thinking of getting a scale, but something always stops me. I think it is because I like mixing while sitting in my easy chair and drops don't require cleaning up. I'm basically lazy. For anything larger than 12 ml I use a graduated cylinder, and that at the sink.

I mixed the biggest bottle of juice I've ever mixed today. 120 mls. I got tired of mixing a 30 ml every week for my main ADV. For Rocket Puppy's recipe I'll make a 10% flavor solution for Fuji and one for pear. It's easy enough.

Yep. Now, see, I'd go on with the 1 drop of pear if making a 10ml, that's just me. For that Fuji, I'd have to do the same as you said, or just dip a toothpick in the flavoring a couple times and swirl it around. It works! I've done that with Black Pepper with great results.

Now I'm craving apples. I'll make this tomorrow. :)

See what you started RocketPuppy. Three people, three different methods of mixing. Wasn't there a recipe around here somewhere? Oh yeah, something with apples. :)

I wanna learn how to DIY with a scale however I get lost easily just reading some of the articles out there. First thing I need is to find a scale then I need to place another order with http://mamajsjuice.com/ to get some of these flavorings.

This recipe sounds tasty thanks @RocketPuppy

I mixed your Caramel Apple this morning and am vaping it now. It's one fine creation. Thank you.

Hey R.P.! Mmm, butterscotch & caramel. Fa makes whip cream? Only one I don't have. Always 1 flavor short. Dangit! You know what I do when I have a flavor I want and don't have? I tell Wllmc to start carrying it!

You like, really? Usually I make others try something before posting, but I couldn't find anyone. I think this mixes zing and smooth well, if that makes sense.

Hey Ms. D - How about using fresh cream instead? There are plenty of other sweet flavors to make up the difference. I doubt you'de even notice.

Yes, I really do. I modified it some...Like Daintanee, I have no FA Whipped Cream. I was warned off it for some reason or ingredient which I don't recall. I used TFA Whipped Cream. It worked beautifully. I mixed 12 ml and it's over half gone now.

There's always the Redi whip option I used on cramptholomew's poke cake...vape, squirt in mouth, vape, squirt in mouth. It's a good option imho.
ROFL!

Hey RP just a quick one, since you like caramel apple, what do you think of the HS apple mix? I use that with some ddl. And a couple other things to make mine so just wondering what you think about it?

I got the apple mix as a sample but haven't tried it yet. Guess that no help!

While going through a box of simi lost mixed juices I came upon your Caramel Apple. FYI it's just as good today as it was when first mixed. I think I finish off this bottle and mix some more.

How coincidental! I just went back to my bottle of it this morning, and it was just as good. It was such a nice surprise.

ADV'd happily to oblivion, haven't been back since I discovered FA... I think your recipe will be my guide. All those sub-1% ingredients, I see shinies.

I had the privilege of tasting this - mixed by RocketPuppy herself!! Thank you RP!!!!

This is an incredible recipe! Without a doubt, I will be mixing large quantities of this. If you haven't tried it, do yourself a HUGE favor and make it!!

Right up front I taste apple - lots of tart apple! On the exhale you'll get a nice, sweet caramel with a bit of creaminess. It's absolutely on par (but different, of course) with her RY4 recipe! There isn't a ton of cloying caramel here - it's more realistic to an actual caramel apple. There's mostly apple flavor with caramel as a complement. It's tough to imagine that only .1% of Fuji would provide this much flavor, but it does!!

RocketPuppy has some crazy mad mixing skills! Try this one and I think you'll agree! I'm seriously hooked! Thank you RP!!! It's a true masterpiece!

Do you think FA White Peach would have the same effect, or would I be better off using tfa juicy peach? (I don't have regular fa peach).

I'm so sorry to respond so late. For some reason, the FA peach bring out the flavor of the apple. There's surprisingly no peach flavor. If you're going to make a sub, I'd try the white peach. Please let us know how it turned out.

Thanks for reminding me of this! I have it on my mixlist but keep getting distracted. I've been sucking up the remnants of a zillion 1/8th full bottles I have lying around here...trying to make some room. I have nothing to vape with caramel right now, so that's one of my many incentives to get on this fabulous looking recipe. I will try it with white peach and report back as soon as I do.

Certified badass mixing skills right there.

wow, you got that right, wllmc!

I mixed this last night and have been dripping it all day. I had to use white peach instead of peach, so I went a little light on it (used 1/3rd less than the recipe calls for) but kept everything the same--as best I could without a scale. :D

I have to admit that looking at the ingredients I was thinking I would end up upping them by 25%.
Also, there doesn't seem to be much "apple" in there, and less than 6% total flavoring, but GIRLFREN! You have rocked the house with this one. I am so very impressed at how apple-y it is--and it's a beautiful balance of "zing and smooth", as you say. It couldn't get any better. It's like a magic trick. This is one for the DIY textbooks -- there is a lot to learn from this little gem. Thanks for being awesome, RP.

I only had some premixed FW Whipped cream--forgot to mention this. It seems to have worked out just fine. I'm betting it would be great even without the WC... I mean, the beautiful mystery is in the fruit combo, I daresay.

Also, @NGAHaze, I would even try a tiny bit of fresh cream. Maybe the pup will offer a more educated opinion on this, but to my palate, it is quite sweet...it's hard to imagine taking the sweetness of WC away would throw it all off. Then again, I don't really know. Fresh Cream is one of those flavors I think of as "absorbent"--as in, it can have a kind of muting effect.

Thank you for the kind words. I try to wait till I've found just the right percentages before posting anything. This one is great because it doesn't seem to fade after time.

In terms of WC...the FA one is stellar. I have tried it with TFA's WC and another with FA Fresh Cream and Marshmallow. Either of them work. When I'm using tiny amounts, I don't mind using the FA WC.

Reading these threads must must look strange to someone unfamiliar with vaping abbreviations.

Hey @RocketPuppy is there any replacement for the peach, I have everything else. Maybe FA apple? Maybe equal parts apple, pear, fuji equalling .5%
I have capellas peaches and cream, but thats as close as it gets at the moment.

For some reason, I think it's the peach that brings out the green apple taste. With that said, I'm sure it's still good with replacements.

Kudos RP

Damn girl, this stuff is pure awesomeness.

Outta da park IMO.

Magic tricks are working in this one.

I can taste mild Apple, mild Peach maybe, and sweet n' gooey:D.
Ha Ha, made 15ml this time, easier measuring drops for the little stuff.

The bigger type dropper flavors I used 35 per ml.
Original FA bottles with smaller top I set to 45 per ml.
