If I can just pop a suggestion, but take it as my personal opinion, the Cake Batter at 3.5% is way too high and together with the Butter Cream and the VC will take over the mix, you have also to consider that the CAP Lemon Lime tends to fade over time..
Personally I'd lower the CB to a 1.5 to 2.5 % and increase the LL to a 4.5-5%, if the lime takes over and you want a more lemoney taste think about adding something like a Lemon Sicily (FA) @1.5% but as I said, my personal taste though..

Here is my favorite recipe. Only the products I take on the eye ... In general, wash the lemon, grate the zest on a fine grater. Then squeeze the juice. Beat 3 eggs with sugar, vanillin and salt, add soft butter, vegetable oil and sour cream, beat again slightly. Add the zest and lemon juice and beat again until homogeneous .. Add a baking powder and flour into the mass, beat slightly. The dough should be like thick sour cream.
