We stopped smoking about a month ago... and two days after, walked into a vape shop and begged for help. they sold us a eGo AIO, and yes, that was a smart choice until we saw how it was going to go and if it was going to be beneficial to myself and my husband. First of the month rolls around, and I go back, explain the two problems we were having... she suggested a stick prince for hubby.... and when I tried it, I knew I wanted one too. So I bought two, yes, yes I did. but my problem, the next morning is, my juice seems to be leaking from mine somewhere. and honestly... because i'm a newbie, I just assume something is not closed correctly or there's something I'm not doing right. so i'm off to find me some help to figure out why my bad boy prince stick is leaking juice. I will say, there is the part of the top that swings open... mine does not seem to want to line up correctly... and i'm not sure what that part is for... ok. according to the video I just watched, there is a button you are to push to get the top to swing open..... and the video says, it should CLICK shut securely.... and mine wont... click shut that is. I don't know why it's not shutting. any suggestions appreciated. thanks.

New Prince Stick is leaking

I have the same device. When I first got it I'd fill it up with e juice when I put in a new coil. It'd leak all over. But after the leaking happened, and I cleaned it up, the coil would leak no more. Since then when I put in a new coil I fill it up about half way. Let it sit for a while. After that its good to go. I think the cotton padding needs to expand or something.
Always inspect your tank and the coils you put in it. There are orings that create seals. A missing oring will cause leaking to happen.

hahahaha. I got the top to shut..... but that's not where it's leaking. I shut the top, plugged it in .... it's standing on my desk... and little dribbles of juice are coming out the airflow ports. I think I may have to take it back into the shop I bought it at and have them take a look at it on the 12th.

I have several smok tanks including a prince. Although the prince has never leaked the others have. 1 leaked right out of the box. It was always the same thing a defective top fill seal. Replace the top fill seal with the one that came in your little goodie bag and I bet that takes care of your leaking issues. I'm hope I'm right on this but in my case it was always the top fill seal. The problem might be that the coil it came with isn't seated well or screwed all the way in. You may need to take it apart and put it all back together.
Make sure everything is tight (not overtight), and that all of the seals and o-rings are in good order.
I've also heard that the seals and coils some of these new tanks come with are the 'B' grade stuff - cheaper-made coils compared to the replacement coils and seals. If it came with an extra coil, I'd try that one and see if the problem persists.
Usually, this will fix a lot of leaks not caused by overfilling or getting juice in the center tube.
You might also want to check the PG/VG content of your juice. A high PG juice may be too thin for the tank and leak right through the coil. To quote a vape site on the Smok Prince "It is a sub ohm tank and should be used with higher VG liquids for optimum performance."
