They are not going to ban vaping in vehicles. They are proposing that vaping be banned in any vehicle that is transporting minors. Something about exposing children to nicotine. Also remember, kids are very impressionable, and they will want to try it. How do y'all think we started smoking in the first place.? Vaping is a replacement for smoking, at least in my case, and my mother's case, and my husband's case.

I just don't think the government has a right to tell me I can't vape in MY OWN CAR that I PAID FOR. And any idiot that would smoke in a car with all the windows closed with kids in it, well, I have no doubt they are doing the same at home................so, should we allow the government to monitor the inside of their houses then? And who is going to pay for that funding? hmmmm? I'll tell you who. People that make a lot of money like I do and pay a LOT OF TAXES.

You don’t have to pass a law to tell people that is dangerous to be distracted while driving, it’s common sense... i know most vapers are safe Drivers, but what about that idiot/new driver vaper/ teenagers that blows O,s while driving? That could be your killer!

Well, I don’t like to get in conversations about the “PARTIES”. Just about vaping rights here. If there is a law where you cannot vape in your car, I think there should also be one where fat people get ticketed for going through a fast food drive through with a child in the car.

Now, with that all said, I rarely vape anymore. And my quit date is August 22. So I was just taking into consideration the newbies who just made the switch from smoking to vaping.
