I have the Star Spangled Leaf on my Red CF4 (There's a lot of red in the tip but the camera can't pick it up). Here's what the 3 I have look like with it.. I like the Ruby Slipper (on the left) the best. The middle is Cranberry Smash, the right is Widow's Kiss

Like that DT, Juice!

Had some vape mail today, a stainless Herakles Honor tank that will use the Vaporesso ceramic coils I have come to love, and a Joyetech eVic VTwo in a nice dark red color. Guy had this eVic on eBay for 30 bucks, I offered him 18 and told him I could get the kit new from a US seller on eBay for $36, so his price for a pre-owned mod only was too high. He took my offer. The red is very nearly as nice as the Mini Book, but has a matte finish. Put my fat SS Geekvape Illusion Mini with a purple-pink wide-bore snake drip tip on it. (The Herakles is to go on a mod that hasn't been shipped yet from FT, a solid black SBody Lancer 88W that has the same screen as my Sigelei Evaya.)

This eVic is the first box-style mod I've had with a built-in battery. Not sure how I'll like that (I won't like it at all if it doesn't last long), but $18 is not much to risk.

Also got citric acid to use to (try to) convert some 100mg nic to nic salts. An experiment for over the weekend.

Hope you're all doing well. Sure appears you are, shopping to beat the band and having a big time!

Carry on! :p

What tanks/atomizers do you use with this mod? Resistance, etc.
You can use any tank you want to on it. But I use either my Kanger subtank mini, the Innokin isub G, or the sigelei star. .5 ohm coil, usually around 21 to 23 watts.

Ha, yeah. My shopping is itty-bitty, compared...

Hubbs doesn't think it's itty-bitty, but hey, everything's relative. I bought that eVic for less than the cost of 4 packs of cigs. My FT order for the SBody Lancer, another Kabuki clone, and some mixing bottles cost about what a carton of cigs would be. As long as he's still smoking, I don't wanna hear it. :blah:

I am just teasing you!
You are so right about the cost of these things as opposed to cigarettes- and with cigarettes all that money spent on them and that all ends up in the trash!
Hey and these manufacturers keep putting out some great gear at great prices, unlike when I 1st started vaping almost 4 years ago!

I do the same too! My hubby dual uses and only uses the Penguin and really doesn't get my style of vaping or why I need so much stuff.
No I didn't think you were being defensive in the least- so hard sometimes when trying to get ideas across online!
No worries for you either!

It's nice having a spouse who's so pleased that I was finally able to quit smoking by ANY means, he gave me carte blanche a long time ago to buy whatever I need, or even want, within reason -- he also knows I'm tightfisted so it's not really a huge risk for him. :D But when I read the above about that amazing sale on CF4's, I went straight there and bought one... and told him about the next day. "I bought myself a mother's day present -- found a sale on coolfire 4's for $19.95." He said "Why didn't you buy 2?" I told him i was still pondering maybe buying another one, since my original silver one is so beat to shit. He said "Make it so!" :giggle:

Hahaha... that's awesome! My hubby is never here to see what I buy... but when I do tell him about something he's "okay" about it. But a couple days later he'll all of a sudden be telling me about something he wants to buy. LOL :p

Yes it sure is nice having a supportive spouse- you are lucky!
I have been married for 39 years this October and I think my spouse is lucky too- LOL!
I was a purchaser at my company I worked for and learned early on how to hunt sales and save money, he knows it must be a pretty good deal when I finally get some gear.
Still- he uses 1 Penguin, just bought him his 2nd one as his 1st is acting weird and want to make sure he has a replacement, I should have ordered 2.
I do all the maintenance- change the coil and refill the pod and all the on-line ordering of his coils and eliquids.
Where I have many mods and use RDAs, RTAs and RDTAs- too him too much work- LOL!
I don't drink and have been off cigs for almost 4 years, He is proud of me even though he dual uses.
I am doing some Spring Herd thinning and have started listing my "not for me" gear here at VU and that helps offset my purchases.

Yep, in fact I told him after I quit smoking that I shouldn't be the only one to benefit from no longer buying cancer sticks, since he'd been so supportive all those years, buying them for me though he hated the smell (and now I know why! PEEEEYU!!!), so he should go back to his coin-collecting hobby. I've since wished I'd never opened my mouth about coin collecting. :giggle:

In July, 5 days before my quit-smoking date, (coming up on 4 yrs! GASP!), we'll celebrate (for some reason I almost typed "suffer" not celebrate ) 31 yrs... on Saturday, our son will be 30 yrs old, which makes me feel like fucking methuselah's granny. I love our wedding anniversary date, it's the anniversary of the first moon landing, July 20. :) I think of Ralph Cramden's "To the moon, Alice! Right to the moon!" :giggle:

I haven't bought much vapey stuff for a couple yrs, seeing as nobody is selling Achilles RDAs anymore. But when I see a great sale on mods I know I love, I try to jump on those immediately! (if anyone sees anymore Minibooks out there, please tell us in here!!!) ;)

My etched mods got a mention, a couple pages back... and since I'm about to get that new green CF4, I thought I should get used to using a CF4 again instead of a minibook, and since I'm wearing pink today...

still-luv-CF4-pink.jpg

That one has very little air-bubbling, there's just a tiny spot at the very bottom edge where the clear cloat is coming loose; probably just put some clear nail polish over that. It's my most special mod, because not only does it have my name etched on it, it was my gift to myself when I celebrated my first yr smoke-free. :) (all the little dots on it are sparkles, since the clear-coat is the "sparkle" kind -- looks amazing, in person, though a still pic doesn't really capture it adequately.)

So I'm vaping today at a whopping 10w, instead of 9.6-9.8 -- clouds for... er, seconds. :giggle:

OMG, I must be Methuselah's Great-Grandma. My oldest just turned 40 in April, and her oldest just turned 20 in March. I have a grandson who is 20 - still reminding myself, because that doesn't seem possible, even to me.

We have seven grandchildren. The youngest is 6 now. I expect, if things go like my youngest daughter wants, I will have at least one more, one of these days. She has met "her man" this year and is just gaga in love with him. She needs to not wait too long, though, because she is 33 now, will be 34 in August. She and my oldest daughter both have PCOS, so it may not be the easiest thing in the world for her to conceive.

Also have a son, he's the middle kid, who will be 37 in August. Two summer babies. Glad I'll never do THAT again. :blech:

Hey, have y'all ever seen this critter before?

ETA: Try this link instead - I'm just posting this because of its similarity to the Mini Book, but it's like a MB on steroids!

https://www.vapemodsreviews.com/sigelei-75w-plus/

**back to the older part of my post:

I didn't know there was such a thing as a Sig 75 Plus. Looks like a cross between a 75 TC and a Mini Book.

In case you can't access that link, the title of the auction on eBay is: "Authentic Limited Edition Sigelei 75w Plus 90w Kit with Ares Tank in Silver," eBay item number 132593549931.

Well now, that is a BIG MAMA-JAMA. Runs a 26650 battery.

I have 0 zero human children. I have 1 adopted grandaughter... She's my Goddaughters, daughter. The one I babysit and post pics of all the time.

I've got one son, but I'm most unlikely to ever have grandchildren, since he's (mostly, he says) gay. Which is fine, I don't care, whatever floats his boat. But I'm a bit disappointed not to be able to look forward to grandbabies, I think I'd be an outstanding grandma. :D But who knows, maybe he'll meet a woman who'll turn his head around completely. He admits it is a slender possibility.

It's not impossible. He can still father a child and be gay. Lots of gay couples are using surrogates now.

Alright you got me.What the heck is a (sigelei star) I can't find it on their site.
Ooops! It's called the X-Tank, not star. It's the tank that came with the Sigelei Mini Book... FastTech still had them not too long ago.

Yeah I mentioned that to him, and he surprised the hell out of me by replying that he was old-fashioned enough that if he was going to have a child with someone, he'd be married to her. I'm glad to know he's got some traditional values, even if his inclinations are somewhat more exotic. :D

I have known some couples that from the outside, appeared quite traditonal, with children, but in which both partners were actively bisexual, so that's not out of the question either.

[Chuckle} Looks like you've all had a full day here today! SO much going on as usual.
I'll be putting a mini-book and ...

Pami, your reaction in post #576 is priceless! And I figured as much on the tanks. Thanks.

Grand-Nuggets, none from either of my boys, which is a good thing since they're not married. (Someone needs to get married!!!!) I told them when they entered high school, "I'll tell you this much, if you get a girl pregnant, it will change your life FOREVER!!!! The best years of your life...poof!"

The Sigelei 75 is an AWESOME mod. I had the original but my sister l-l-l-loved it. Gone. Now she's loving her iCare.

And oh, @AndriaD . I emailed the owner of Desert Vapes last night. Your Ming Vase deep green drip tip was ordered this morning.
If it isn't the right one, let me know.

Silver and bee-yoo-tee-full...and still in zee box, pristine.

ETA: If anyone wants another Mini Book, it appears that VaporKart still has them (mod only) for $29.99. That's the place you found, Pami, when I was initially looking for one.

It's a great little tank. Uses Atlantis coils. Only part I don't like is I can't use my 510 drip tips on them.

Completely agree with that. I have two of them now, one of which is temporarily in the custody of my son, but I'm getting it back soon, since it's too "old fashioned" for him. He wants Prince and Cascade tanks, well, to each his own, just gimme my X-tank BACK!

I thought FT had gone out of stock, was going to try a Vaporesso ORC next, but then I found the Herakles Honor on eBay. It's over there soaking up some homemade Cherry Hound and I'll eventually try it out today. Takes a while for these ceramic coils to get saturated so that you don't cook them at the first few hits.

I'm making my way through the list of Atlantis-compatibles. Now have a Geekvape Illusion Mini, two X-tanks, an Aspire Triton, and a Herakles Honor, all running 0.9 ohm Vaporesso ccell Atlantis-style coils.

Tell you what, though, this Herakles looks badass on the Joyetech eVic that came the other day. They were made for each other.

The Tobeco Super Tanks are cheap and awesome and they use the Aspire coils too- I do like the Tobeco coils more though. One of my favorite factory coil tanks!
