How does your engraved clone perform?I bought one and it worked great to start, but later that night it dropped off big time.I thought the batteries were getting low,but when I put them on the charger they were at 3.9 volts.Anyway,I have heard that the engraved clone uses cheap plastic for the button and surround and they melt, which can cause the autofire issue.I believe the manufacturer says not to run below 0.3 ohms on them.
They said 0.2Ω... I'm keep an eye on mine... I typically run around 0.17Ω.

So far, there hasn't been any drop in performance. If I experience one and can't trace it (betting it's an issue with shifted contact surfaces), I'll let you know.

Bit of a bitch to wrap but worth it. It is a thin slice of stab that has a backing to glue on.
I was looking at zapwraps last night. Jwraps doesn't do one for the rsq unfortunately. At least it's not on the list

Hiya Bonks,
A quick note to say thanks for the tags, a pleasure to message with @Michael H. .. seems the Hadaly combo will be in good hands!
:)
I’ll shoot ya the tracking tomorrow dude.

Enjoy the last of the weekend evrbuddy, I have the exciting task of shopping for socks & boxers and a new suitcase today.. hardly as fun as shopping for vape gear. More like pulling teeth. Leaving in just 2 weeks now and gotta get alla the loose ends tied up.. so funny how the staples of life feel like a waste of money, I always think of everything in vape stuff dollar amounts. Fcukin Bonkers!

Squeeze on with yer bad selves...

Now that the Gloom is available to order on their website, I got a stiffy for one.

Then, that voice of reason said in my head, "Dude, that's like 22 Pico Squeezes"

Part of me wants to buy about 20 Picos and just start experimenting with hacks and beautification - my only true gripe with them is I really dislike is the fact the battery cap does not sit flush with the 510 - drives me crazy

Being an old school squonker, I still try to push the battery cap to fire it

I can finally become an official member :D
Check out this beauty that arrived today from Aspire! Let me tell you, I'm not normally a blue fan... but THIS IS GORGEOUS!! :inlove:It's a metallic cobalt blue. I did my best to capture it in the pic, but the pic just doesn't do it justice.

And it's my first Squonker!! :D

That's great. I LOVE that color blue. Welcome to the squonking world! Glad you joined us :)

I'm going to piss some people off by getting off squonkers and posting something about billet boxes, but I don't care. For all of you that are bonkers for billet boxes,Fasttech and a couple of other China sites have pre orders for the YFTK clones. They say they are Evolv DNA60s.No info on what comes with as far as bridges or accessories.Available in black, silver,or orange.Just a hair under $100.Discuss among yourselves. Now back to your regularly scheduled program.
https://www.fasttech.com/products/1/10011697/9648654-yftk-bb-style-60w-all-in-one-box-mod-kit
I am very curious about this too, being branded YFTK as opposed to the previously known SXK clones.

Seems that the YFTK price is about $30 cheaper than the previous versions of the SXK clones...

Not sure what the backstory is, but would love to find out. :)

In the meantime, I will still be puffing on my SXK BB DNA60 that i got from Gas City Vapes at end of FEB 2018.

About a week ago, I ordered 2 of the SXK VapeShell clones from FT, with MAP came out to ~$29, but has not shipped yet, so I am trying not to think about it. However, currently running the Exocet with a 0.8 Ohm 2mm Kanthal coil, and happy with that at the moment....

I hope/wish that they come out with an all-black or all-silver version. I'm not really in love with the honeycomb resin look on those, but I am glad to see Oumier getting into the squonk mod game.
:)

Pami and I are in a thread dedicated to advocating for more feminine designs in vape gear, which is the only reason I reposted the Oumier thing - they are pretty

For sure I can see the appeal (of those designs) for lady vapers, and I've got nothing against those designs at all. More power to ya!

I like the stuff I'd seen from Oumier so far and the Wasp Nano is great for me too. I am hoping to get more vape gear made by them down the road.

I try to keep all my mods black, primarily so as to avoid attention as to what mod I have in my hand, or how many I own. I answer to nobody, but I prefer also nobody can truly 'count' my possessions nor my shekels either...unfortunately I am forced to be among lots of jealous and resentful people right now until I can change my living situation, so I try to keep a lower profile...

Ordered a COV wraith from ecig city today. $28 for the kit I figured why not. Sounds like pretty much any 10ml bottle will fit it so that would be a plus if it’s true. If I like it I’ll pick up a couple more for the stash. @TheCromwell you will be pleased to know that I have come over to the dark side and ordered the white one this time.

The old CV bottles fit but are kinda hard compared to what comes with the Wraith. It has a screw in bottle system and conventional bottles will not work

The biggest problem with the Wraith was the door system is wonky and often breaks on folks. There is a foamy-type gasket up inside the battery slot you can pull out with very narrow needle nose pliers or hemostats that helps some with this issue

That cap is the ONLY reason I haven't bought a Pico.

"Resistance is futile, we are Pico, you will be squonked."

C'mon you know you too want to mash a battery cap all day. Nothing more fun and nothing for sure makes you feel oh so speck all. Ooops. Need to go check my minestrone. Been in the crock since 5:00 AM EST, about time to add the risotto noodles. 2 cups of squash(sliced), 2 cups of zucchini(sliced), 1 can of red kidney beans, 1 can of green beans, 1 cup of kale chopped up, 2 cups of shredded carrots, 1 small beef roast shredded through it, 1 modest handful of risoto, 1 can tomato sauce, 4 cups of water & beef bullion cubes, crock pot on low all day. :) Lightly seasoned with a dash or two of each, garlic powder, onion powder, salt. Probably be good to switch over to warm now, let is simmer down until supper.

I read about the battery door issues. Cheap enough for me to tinker with and see if I can find a fix for it.

But that's the only way to make it that small...
To get the 510 at the level of the cap...well....then you end up with a Dripbox.
Another not-bad sorta-mosfet china-cheap squonker.
upload_2018-5-6_15-1-58.png
I have one new-in-box somewhere, and another that's the only mod ever just plain died on me...(juice leaking down onto chip, I think).

Would be nice. With the shipping, works out to almost Six Hunnit Canuck Bucks.
Hell, man! Sell a kidney.....you have two and really, you only need one.
Just kidding, I know and feel your pain. Food and shelter tend to take precedence over our vaping wants and "needs". Such is life I guess, I keep saving my pennies and by the time I have enough saved for the "shiny", another one pops up and steals the show. The only problem is the new one costs more....and so it goes saving and dreaming until something unplanned happens and there goes my "shiny".
That is why it does my heart good when I'm able to PIF something to members on this thread/forum.

Just bought a Kanger db the other day. In the mail now. Back peddling I guess

Only real problem with the Kanger sqounkers is no adjustable/spring loaded 510.
The TC on the regulated ones works kind of fair.
I like the refill system although bottle is a bit stiff.

After a couple more days I've concluded that the tobhino is here to stay! It's pretty great if I must say sooo myself. The more I do slight adjustments the better it gets. The way the af is set up you can cover your coil completly over squonking and still no leaking.(wish I remembered who was looking for this) also the things tiny! I mean it still kinda surprises me when I look at it because I knew it was small but it's really small lol. But can still hold a nice sized coil witch is nice.
The only person I don't think will like it is @JuicyLucy and that's only because the squonk hole is slightly raised. So you only get about 90% suck back. To me that's fine because Im normally running coils in the .17-.25 range so 1-2 puffs and the wicks have already emptied the juice well.
All in all it performs as good as any atty I currently own. Thanks @So619Cal your a great dude and an even better bonker! Anytime you need anything please don't hesitate to ask!

So what you're saying is this thing has two sided af holes in the cap, but from the pics I see 3 af holes on the coil side. Does the opposite side have af holes too?

Yes and for people running higher resistance I hope they come out with a one sided af cap. Even I wouldn't mind a single af cap.

Still use Kangers DB 160, DB2 and Kbox mini.
Been daily using a Kbox mini for around 2.5 years.
I still have my Kanger evod pen batteries and tanks as well as charger I bought like 5 6 yrs ago....still works actually but batteries a bit weak even fully charged...moved up to a Kanger pro tank on the pen batteries then ( I was mistaken with eleaf) moved to an innokin mvp then a mvp 2.0..mvp 2.0 still charges and works great....I do have two eleaf 100w mods and the 60w tc mod though.

Since the whole top is ultem even if your cap gets warm your lips never feel it lol it's the little things that make me happy these days.

I ended up buying two more Picos today (and another Wasp). They really are exceptional and I've just begun making stabilized wood/resin blanks so I can use most of the components in a custom when I get there. I was bummed that they were sold out of white so I went silver.

I have a question for fellow squonkers and squonkettes: It seems like a 2mm ID (1mm Line Dimension) O-Ring could be used to help prevent leaks between the mod and RSA inside of the 510. Has anyone tried this? Any success?

Not sure if I understand the idea, but I do slip spare 510 orings OVER the 510 on my RDA's to keep the squonk-pipeline sealed away from the mod surface.
