Is there any chance you could see if it actually threads into the button of a CV?

I will not be going with your button idea on this one, as it is the brass one and I don't like how silver and brass look together on the outside

It would be under consideration for future remodels on my aluminum ones possibly

I need to get this one decked out and functional first though

So I'm torn between shopping for my CV upgrade and just going ahead and doing my weekly dry burn, rework and quick clean

Never normal has 11mm and 12mm buttons on their site... If only i knew the size.

Or if someone would ask the 67mods FB group I'd appreciate it :)

If it's the same as Mojo, you can print your own...but I don't know the 67 models, except for Neo...

And what is this used for just cleaning ?

Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk

Lets take the Molly as the example.

When I break the Molly down, clean the copper...I put a tiny dab on the nut that secures the top contact in place... I also put a tiny dab on the small contact nut threading, then a tiny dab where the L contact hits the Small contact nut and then a tiny dab where the batteries contact the contacts.

Do the same with the Neo Mara...although I don't break that down like the copper... just a quick wipe where contact is made then a small dab

Are notch coils ok to use in squonks? I ordered some from FT over a year ago and they disappeared until last night when I found them buried in my desk. I thought what the hell and put one in my dpro, pulsed it a few times then wicked it up. Popped the atty on the RSQ and running tc at 420 degrees and it's a fantastic vape. What's the deal with notch coils?

A431EF0D-0253-4C65-B477-38CD2D4AA7AC.jpeg What’s up bonkers, changed everything I disliked about a coppervape and thought I’d share.
#1 I’m a bit higher wattage vaper than most squonkers and the brass plated steel spring in the CV would get hot and also caused arcing to batteries at lower builds-solution made a new spring out of thicker solid brass. Handling a .13 dual coil build like a tube mod now, no arcs or heat.
#2 & 3 swapped out the 510 for a MM 510 and installed a lost vape bottle, squonks like a dream and hits way harder :)

The MM 510 screws right in to the top no problem, but sticks down a bit for the switch once the atty is screwed down, so a 22mm washer and an O ring was added.

Did the same thing Friday night - what a difference!

Been wanting to pimp one of these since I got my first one

The MM 510 screws right in to the top no problem, but sticks down a bit for the switch once the atty is screwed down, so a 22mm washer and an O ring was added.

Can you show us the underside?

I had to add a spring to the button on the topside to compensate

Will also be adding a pure silver firing pin in the near future

I did finally sand down my locking nut to fit inside the recess - the 510 is holding very well now

Am ordering a sheet of .999 silver to make a new firing pin - but it's pretty sweet as is

All I have is the clear ones from FT, but you are welcome to one if you want it.
Such a kind person, how much? Are they acrylic? If so keep it, my juice destroys anything acrylic :(

Not to brag but I just found out;

Eh - I'm going to buy a sheet of fine .999 silver - though I finally did break down a get a V2 during CNY sale - and its still on the way, lol

Speaking of which, what is the thickest silver you guys think I could get away with?

Tbh though most of the problems a lot had was between the top an Bottom not contacting as good ,
thoese silver plated rods or what ever between top an bottom of mod where kept clean in fired ok ,

You could buy the replacment contact strips an send them to be plated that would be cool , since only cheap ,
But im sure if these could me made for say the MM 510.
out of bel copper shaped to sizes ect
Of mm 510 modded parts
Then have them plated they would sell to many owners an many them really happy
As one of the most soild mods out there for price ,

Get my shop going again I am going to play with electroplating....
There are two types of electroplating solutions, the cyanide based and non-cyanide. If you're going to work in a shed, the non-cyanide would be preferred. Since you're about to look into it, consider silver plating followed by rhodium plating, this way there will be no oxidation. Look at Rio Grande Jewelry but I gotta tell you the solutions are a bit pricey.

They are PC and they are not expensive so if you want one, PM the address and I'll put it in the mail. I bought a few, I'm planning to polish one and see how it looks.
