Well... I saw better info in that than in a great many articles, but I did spot a couple of problems. A 30ml lasts a week? Yeah, maybe if you vape the way I do, tight-draw and low wattage, but most folks nowadays get thru 30ml in a day or two. I mix up 56ml about every 10 days, but I vape at 9-10 watts, using a nearly 2Ω coil -- definitely not the common style, these days.
And naturally they recommend that people "switch immediately" to vaping, since that's how they make their money -- but it's not necessarily the best or right way for everyone. I thought vaping rocked because I didn't have to drop coffin nails like a hot rock, the way I did with patches, but could gradually transition at my own pace and comfort level -- it took me a month, but I know of several long-time vapers who took a LOT longer than that to make the full transition, but because they did it in a way that was comfortable to them, vaping really *sticks* -- there's no resentment.
And the thing about selling only to former or aspiring-former smokers... sorry, but that's just plain fucked up. Vaping is every bit as valuable to PREVENT smoking, as to cure it -- and you know the adage about an ounce of prevention, right? Telling people they have to join the Idiot Club to "qualify" for vaping is just evil, as well as VERY short-sighted.

I was in the hospital for about 9 days back in August 2012 with patches and a gas station cigilike when I quit.
I had a kit waiting for me when I got home and used the device and patch for a few more weeks.
Of course I was using a horrible ego/CE4 type device because it was September 2012.
Then I got a Vamo V2 with a glass Protank V1 around Christmas.
I dunno about "most folks". 30 ml lasts me a week, despite the fact that my coils are somewhat under one ohm. I think the prevalence of "sport vapers" on the forums may have skewed our perception of what goes on in the real world.A 30ml lasts a week? Me either.I don't understand AT ALL this phenom of wanting to fog up the whole house
Well, then I'm not like most folks, 'cause I need my vape. I'm smoke-free for over four years now, but take me someplace where I can't vape for more than an hour and and I start climbing the walls. Two hours and I'm looking for the fire axe to use to get out of the building. Nic gum makes it somewhat tolerable.I think that most folks who imagine that they "need" to vape that way would be surprised to find how little they really do *need* vaping, once they've been smoke-free for a year or two
Me either.

Nah, I'm all the way down to... 13.Maybe the nicotine level is the difference? I think you said you still vape at 12mg?
Nah, I'm all the way down to... 13.
And I don't have the sense that I'm ready to go lower.
It is what it is; people are different.
I'm still of that mindset. I enjoyed smoking, but I wanted to quit due to the side effects, I just didn't think I could. I enjoy vaping and see no reason to quit.I don't know if I'll ever quit vaping; I used to think, never, nuh uh, not on your life.
