Hey all,
I’ve noticed a few reviews on this already, some more of “unboxing” reviews, well I just wanted to throw a review up from an actual consumer, the mod wasn’t sent to me, I did actually pay for it. So without further ado, the Pulse BF Mod topped with the Pulse 24 RDA.
So the thing I like most about this mod is the size and form factor. It’s just an itty bitty little guy and it’s very lightweight as a result of that. I also really enjoy the button on this mod, I’ve heard some say it’s mushy but compared to some other mechanical boxes I’ve used, I really like the feel of it.
The back of the mod has a nice rounded side so it’s comfortable to grip as well as a nice clean Vandy Vape engraving.
It also has removable panels on both sides which really makes removing the battery super easy, something that is really handy with the absence of a battery strap.
The Pulse is sized to run a 20700 but it comes with a nifty little adapter sleeve so you can use an 18650.
Moving onto the Pulse 24 RDA. This thing is super solid, and has an awesome postless build deck with fat philips screws so you don’t have to worry about stripping out tiny little alan head screws.
The airflow on this RDA is spot on with coils at the proper height. Hands down my favorite thing about this RDA are the flow holes for the juice. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Apocalypse rda but the way this was designed is just brilliant. Rather than have one hole in the center feeding the juice into the well and waiting a moment for the cotton to soak up the juice, this has two holes directly under and to the side of the coils so when the juice gets to flowin’, it’s just hitting the cotton and coils just right so you can hit it right away and not get a dry hit.
So, for under a $100 for both the mod and the RDA, I think this is definitely going to be a tough competitor to some of those higher end mods where they want to charge you $200 for a 3D printed box with standard internals.
Hopefully this will help those that are on the fence about trying squonking, it definitely brings a quality device to the table at a super affordable cost.
Cheers
