Yep, we were prepared to max out the one credit card and a couple hundred from the checking account. Got lucky, I guess.

@DogMan I have to ask since I don't know about your local geography or where you live. I was watching a show that was talking about the couple of mouse plagues around Australia in the last decade. One lady had to save her pigs from being eaten alive. Did they get that bad in your neck of the woods?
That was a good show. Kind of excited for the next season.
Hell on Wheels was pretty good too. Just finished it, and would definitely recommend.

Already cleaned the kitchen and read half of the Sunday paper.....and got my candy crush on.

luckily we were both in the lounge when she fell this time, so no laying around getting sicker
she came out to the kitchen around 4am, with her walker, but staggering. Poured milk, fell trying to transfer to seat at the table
was alert, she knew what was happening, understood the ambulance was coming. Said she remembered the convo she had with paramedics

Thanks saint. I've got some things to drop off in the morning to her. But don't usually stay long. Mum gets that I hate hospitals and get agitated, she's cool with it.
Hope mumma saint is continuing recovery. You mentioned levels of something were healthier recently.

I've tried to describe this before. It is the battery pack for mum's bionic ear. It clips to a rod in the back of her head, and powers an implant in her ear bones.

Love lamb, but that seems to be a TAD rare....142 degrees is about the temp of lamb smuggled out of the store in ones underwear! Smuggled lamb still needs cookin!
