I got an address off the registration info for her website. It's not private.
I remember when she posted pictures of finishing your graphics on FB......I would call the police in the town she lives in file a complaint . I bet you money they know of her by first name. I'm sure she has a record.

I've accepted the fact that I won't be getting my money back. I just want the mods or the parts. I'll finish them myself. If nothing else at least people who come across this thread will know never to do business with her.

There are several new post on her FB page in the last 2 hours. Under the name of Shanndah Burkholder ,which she is saying is her real name Hard to believe but people are standing up for her. She under some delusion that she has done no wrong. She is one clueless bitch. This gurl is one fucked up female(don't mean to put down the rest of the females here ) lost in lala land. Count me in too. I've emailed her and I did file a dispute with Paypal, but it's been way too long to get my money. When I emailed her, I did let her know that we can probably work something out, but I feel like an idiot. Unless she is physically unable to send a message to all of us or have someone do it for her (she's got our email addys) letting us know what the heck is going on, she's really immature. It's a LOT of money she got from all of us. I'd be ok even if she said she doesn't have the funds to refund us.

Shan has been a member of the vaping community for more than 4 years and makes some very good quality mods. From what I know, she has been having health issues and was getting alot of pressure at FB about these mods. I do think that she will deliver them eventually and that they are going to be awesome! I do have a link to her preorder / repair list that is still active. If anyone would like the link, please PM me. I do not want to post it here as it does have some personal info on it that some folks may not want to share. As you can tell, I do not spend much time here but, I will check in daily for PMs over the next few days.
BTW- Be careful doing a chargeback through PP. Ecig related stuff is not allowed to be bought or sold through PP. If you or she are caught, your account could be closed and they would not honor the chargeback for an unauthorized transaction.
Well she's got a new Facebook page, she selling on Etsy...I've been waiting 7 1/2 months. Patience is over as far I am concerned. I'm not stupid enough to even mention e-cigs when filing a dispute.I'm out my money totally. Her pre-order list hasn't moved in over month. I'm 2230. I check it every day. You think I'm pissed off? She hasn't shipped anything for months. When you take 20k from a group of honest buyers who believe in you, you better expect questions eventually.

I feel though for all those that put their faith in a mod builders reputation and so far have yet to receive what they paid for. I know nothing of this situation other than what I have read on the internet, so in truth it holds little merit other than my own opinions but I sure do hate to see so many people not get what they pay for. Shame this topic is not discussed more on all the podcasts.
I have been eyeing this one as well. If it was a dual battery I would have probably moved on it.
I'm just curious as to where some of you are getting some of your information from. 1) Shan is NOT a drug addict. 2) None of this was done intentionally on her part. 3) Where are you getting these numbers from? 20k, 15k. Did you see her paypal statements verifying these numbers? It's just a bad situation all around. And yes I understand where you guys are coming from losing money on product you paid for. But when a bunch of people started doing charge backs to her paypal which automatically withdrew the money that was in there for other people's mods and parts, what the hell was she supposed to do?! Then there was Evolv not honouring DNA warranties and not even sending parts. Again something beyond Shan's control. As someone who knows Shan on a very personal level I can assure all of you that it was never her intention to rip anyone off. Shan is not a scumbag scam artist. She worked 4 years building a name and rep for herself only for it to be ripped away from her. She was being harassed around the clock to basically work 24/7 making mods in which she barely made any money off of. I'm talking less than $30 per mod as profit. And I find it absolutely DISGUSTING you people are posting her personal address on her publicly. She has a small child at home, who's to say some crazy doesn't show up at her house?! I understand many of you are upset and feel ripped off but slandering someone and making threats is not the way to go about it. And you can thank yourselves for her Facebook being deactivated in reporting her personal facebook page as being under a false name, in which it was NOT.
All that may be true but what are the amends that are being made to the customers? Should they just say oh ok her mod business failed so I guess I am just out my money? Are there plans to complete the orders? The surface looks like she has just walked away without any communication to the other good people that put their trust in her previous good reputation.

As far as I know she's doing her best with what she can. You must understand she's lost everything. Car, internet and phone, etc. because of all this. She made the etsy page to try and gather some money from all that was lost to help out her business failing and you know, pay her electric bill before that gets cut too. Shan tries to keep in touch with her customers but when people email and message her saying the nastiest things on top of everything it's kinda hard for anyone to deal with that.
First of all, I am not Shan. I can assure you that. Just someone close to her who cares about her who felt SOMEONE needed to stick up for her. Also, I don't have an ECF account.
Let me say I having nothing invested in this ordeal so I may come across as out of line here, but I can say that imo someone that plays the victim when victimizing others is a sad thing indeed.

OK, If your are really close to her and seem to be speaking on her behalf and I being one of the one's who ordered from her, do you know if she has any intentions to send anything at all to her costumers, (even if is just a bunch of parts, I mean I did pay for those parts, I would like to have them at the least.)

In March I sent back 8 defective boards, of which I never received... months and months later. 100's of emails, phone calls to Dimension Engineering, no response. Think I'm the only modder who got shafted? Ask around. But to make things right I went and saved as much of my profits as I could to go buy more chips, this time from Clouper [these are what I currently have]. So while you guys claim I'm scamming people. NO. I have spent my own money to do right, because that is the way I was raised. Where most of you are heartless I'll stick to the facts. At this point I stopped offering the DNA, because I didn't want to do business with Evolv any longer. Still, repairs are coming in. I'm still sending out emails to DI letting them know I still have 18 faulty boards, Steve's response after IDK how many months "Send them on back and we'll get you squared away" Like an idiot who had already been screwed out of so much money I sent them back in early Sept [I have tracking to provide proof of ALL of this], nothing. NOTHING. NOTHING. I then decided to try and open yet another Paypal dispute and switch over to the SX350, which surely this would fix everything and make everything right to others, right? WRONG.
