Just like the title says, what's you bestest, happiest, end all, get out flavor build?

So far, mine is the dual staged fused Clapton. Kanthal cores, nichrome wrap and staging.

I'm looking for that elusive ultimate flavor build. Clouds are fun, but flavor is what's most important to me.

Currently I'm running a quad coil build in my Velocity mini. Reads at 0.11ohms and is 5 wraps of 24awg A1 kanthal. With the air half closed the flavor on it is just so good.

I haunt tryed any kind of Clapton yet.... working my way up to them still new at building lol :)
Tho i do have some 36awg Nicrome 80 on the way to do a fused Clapton with :3

Parallels. I find my best flavor with parallel coils. Got 2.5mm wrap dual parallels, 7 wraps 24g KA1 clocking at .14 ohms in my Mutation indulgence MT RTA, running at 80w on my Sigelei Fuchai 200 and LOVE it!

So I tried this in my Air Force RDA and I'm really likin' it!
I'm ordinarily making fused Claptons and stuff, but this is really a great vape - Thanks!

Framed multi-core fused claptons. 40x40G framed in 28g wrapped in 42. I know you're on par to attempt it haha, its a fun build and a hell of a vape!

Yeah, I think I saw that (or something similar) on your IG. I'll give it a try. What did you use for the helix - same as cores? I'll have to wrap it in either 40 or 44, as I'm out of 42 (and 48 too) right now. Maybe 40x38g, 40g wrap.

Single or dual coils?

Isn't it great? It vapes WAY better than I thought it would! And it's so simple to build!
Might have to try it with nichrome next, but the kanthal ramp up is surprisingly fast using a parallel 18650 mech (Tesla Invader II).

Yah like I saw @VAPEROXX post yesterday and gave it a go today.... WOW. The only parallel build i tryed was a single 6 wrap 26g and that was juts a pain to build. But with 24g its so much easier lol

Well, it started out okay...

I didn't helix it, and I guess I also didn't twist the cores enough, because when I tried to coil it, it just kept twisting and I ended up tossing it. I'll try it again later with more twist and a helix.

Here's a pic of the beginning. No pics of the end result, because it sucked.
40x40g, 2x28g, 44g. All N80.

The trick is nylon tipped pliers. You gotta stop the drill and flatten the wire every inch or so. That looks perfect actually. They ohm out real low usually, but they perform AMAZINGLY. There's so many places for the juice to hide, the flavor is absolutely outstanding. Definitely a fun weekend build haha

Okay wait... So 40 strands of 40g framed with a piece of 28g on each side and claptoned with more 40g? I only have 24, 28, and 34..

Yeah, I tried it again doing that. Ohmed out a little low, so I had to take one coil out of my Doge and use it single coil. Still, it's pretty awesome for a single coil, though!

This one is 30x40, 2x26, 40 wrap, lightly hammered

You can do a number of different fused and alien configurations with those gauges, including staging if you like.

Never done an alien wire. Haven't quite figured out exactly how that's done yet

Try the tidal coil! I don't like claptons. That flat kanthal really makes it sing! I use 28 gauge at 6 wraps with a 2.4mms Id. Comes out at .35 ohms. Best build to me!!!

Is it any good? I didnt like the glass in the middle and the outside, I figured it would be better without the inner and more room...I guess it would be better to have a smaller chamber for flavor though/

I haven't used it in a while. I'll take a look at the tidal coil, though.
