The other day I went to the hardware store and I found some wood veneer strips with heat reacting glue (very cheap about 85 cents per foot). Since the veneer is so thing it was easily cut by sharp scissors. Once I had cut the pieces it was simple to glue to the mod because of the heat reacting glue (used a blow dryer). Then I painted a coat of polyurethane for protection. Please give me your opinion.
