WTF extra tax

WTF...Cook county (Chicago) has added etra taxes for e-juice. Per bottle and per ml of juice. Sure glad I'm not living there anymore. Just wondering and hoping this isn't happening other places in the US.

mat-su valley ,200 miles north os anchorage alaska just passed a tax,,that taxes everything ecig at the same rate as regular ol stinkies
