Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I want 50 watts or better. I have built a couple of drippers with 8 coils, (just to see if I could do it) and I don't have the watts to crank them like I want to. Been thinking of using a motorcycle battery for power at home with a voltage reducer. Those USB cables work fine on Ego's. Don't do anything on a real atomizer. Someone out there knows.

All the parts are on the way. Future Tech will be the only hold up. But they do deliver eventually. Hope the board comes with at least a wiring diagram. I have some idea of what I am in for. I have never even seen a box mod in person. But Hey, I will never know if I don't try.Parts for all kinds of mods are out there Saddletramp...a lot of the work is creating the RIGHT search params in Digikey and such...I have been working with a 160 watt regulator for my Behemoth mod but it requires a 12v input...so 3 batts required...but it gives me a touch more room in a larger box to add goodies like internal charging from any 12v source and doesn't strain the batts like a 2 batt mod does.

I have a DNA 30 on the way from FT. Have the desire to make Mods just for grins. I have to. My eyesight is not what it was, but I don't give up. I will pull the DNA 30 out of the case & put whatever I want in it. 120 or 350 watts or 50 watts. It's about the challenge, not the glory. I smoked a cheap Volt/Amp meter yesterday. Hooked it up wrong. But I learned. Ordered another one. I will know this time. Sometimes the trip is more important than the finish.
I hear ya. When I order I just assume a Month or more for delivery. If I need it now I go to 101 Vapes. or other retail vape people. FT just amuses me. Their 1/2 way around the world from me. I watch Maritime news also. When I see a ship loose containers in a storm, I add another month. I pay out the behind for shipping from places like Mouser, Digikey, & so forth. But I get what I want that week. I have to wait till August to build anything as the chips are on the way. EBay is fast also. I can build some of it. I can look at a board for hours, put it up & think about what I want to do. I have about a month to regain my soldiering skills. I didn't expect the boards to be so tiny. I'm not sure I can do it. I was pretty good, but it is going to be a challenge, a big one.

Have everything I need so far ordered. Some of it's here. I might wind up with a melted mess, but I'm going to give it Hell! Only thing that scares me is soldering to that tiny & I mean Tiny board. Not quite as big as two postage stamps. It's going to be fun!
