Why am I IP banned?

my smartphone and at least one of my computers is IP banned on vaping underground. Why has this happened??? I am an upstanding member of the community. Again, i use two computers and a smartphone, is there a problem with this?

No doubt a glitch, lets do the following first, log off and back on to clear cache/cookies, if it still continues to do that, I'll have admin check the IP

This has also happened to me today. I was banned for a few minutes.

This has also happened to me today. I was banned for a few minutes.

Try logging on without the VPN (disable it)

Ok. It works on my regular computer... just not my crappy second laptop and my phone. I'll try clearing out and going in again

This has happened to me a couple of times with my phone. Shutting down and restarting the phone fixed the issue for me.
