Whats gunking my coils

These are the flavours ive been using recently and now my couls are gunking up super quick. Like half day from new il be getting that burnt taste.
I use a 3mg nic at 85%vg any ideas?

It's probably the sweetener. What company are the ones in the first pics?

Real flavor theyre strange ones havent quite worked out the percentages needed for max flavour yet.
What about marshmallow or the mandarin think they could gunk it up too?

They're from Dark Star repackaged The Flavor Apprentice right? I don't think the marshmallow would unless used at a high %. I don't think the Mandarin would though.

There's a thread here on Real Flavors from people that use it. I only got 3 samples, I used the Cinnamon Roll, my take on reading the thread is they are mixed at low, really low % & require a long steep time.

Yeah ive got a 2% flavour total of a heisenberg clone i made using them it took about a month to steep. Flavours good im told bit too much liquorice for me

Can't hurt to try, I'm more of a follower than a recipe mixer.

anyone of those sucralose? (sweetener) above 1% in most mixes will gunk coils pretty quick.

Short coil life can also be caused by firing at too high a wattage or Temperature in my humble opinion along with sweeteners clogging the cotton.

especially if it's super sweet or the FW one.

Try using your sweetener at .5 or less and letting it steep in a little.
