What is this called?

3mm wrap. Single Coil. 3, 22ga KA1 wires twisted wrapped with 36ga KA1. Just trying to find a name on this. Been building coils for a couple months now and am still experimenting with different types with KA1 while I practice.

I'd call it the Invisible Boatmobile!

Jk, 3x22g twisted, then claptoned? I haven't heard a special name for it - just "twisted, then claptoned"

Edit: you put up a pic, now my Invisible Boatmobile joke makes no sense ;-;

How's it vape? What kinda wattage?

You can see on the pic the wrap got a little messy in one spot but still good. Relatively dense cloud, good flavor. I run Max VG so flavor is a plus. Running it at 75 watts on a Drop Dead RDA. 3/4ish air flow.

I would just call it an "It Is What It Is" wire - aka: IIWII coils.

I had the same thing wondering about fusing two halves of a 4-strand-32-gauge twisted.. A Bi Quad-Twist fused clapton.?? :confused:

I also did a Bi-Tidal fused clapton - I was actually surprised it wrapped as well as it did.

I attempted a bi-2x-lightly-twisted staple coil, but that didn't turn out so well.

Ehh, such is the life of IIWII building.. :)
