what about the VIKING e-juice?

Is there anyone knowing the e-juice under the brand of "VIKING VAPES"? Is it a USA e-juice? Is it a tobacco-flavored e-juice?

From a bit of google fu and checking their website, it seems they are based out of California. They seem to be a company that makes stuff for vaping e juice and dry herbs. I don't rightly know how decent their products are, as I have never tried any, but they say they want quality for low price, but take that with a grain of salt. That's about what I can find.
