That looks like a Tauren mech tube mod with a squonk adapter thingy?

I have no idea other than Thunderhead creations.

Aleader makes a squonk adapter for tube mechs but it is different and the mech is turned the opposite way.
I would be a bit concerned about voltage drop in that model you pictured.
Battery positive and negative on the mod has to travel all the way up to the atty.
