Hi guys, my mom has a VooPoo VMate, and it's been working fine for the last two weeks, but recently it's been behaving rather oddly. When she tries to increase the wattage, sometimes the mod will fire for no reason, and it will not stop firing until it times out. I've tried having a friend of mine clean between the buttons, the batteries and the battery contacts, nothing works. In fact, it has gotten worse since he cleaned the mod.
I've advised her not to use the mod until this issue can be fixed. Last thing I need is for her to end up burning her mouth because the tank gets super-hot when this happens.
