We are well aware of the past issues that customers had with the old owners, we have put Customer Care Representatives into place to adress all of these concerns, we have Managed to get VaporKick's BBB rating up from an "F" to a "B" we have also reduced the shipping times to less than a week in most cases. We have also put a system in to place to where if an item is out of stock, it can't be ordered, unlike before, basically eliminating long order processing times.

We have updated the VG/PG ratios to meet with the change in the Market. With more and more people using Sub-Ohm tanks like the Crown an TFV8 the demand for "big cloud juice" has out weighted the flavor chasers wanting 60/40 juices. Back in the Ego Pen days you really have to stack the flavoring and PG to be able to taste anything out of those

Compared to the original cloud crunch
This version is 80/20pg compared to the original 60/40pg...
The flavor is different this time around, the 80/20 version is smoother and tasted like a bowl of cereal compared to the original that tasted more APPLEISH cereal, there's more milk in the 80/20pg..

This new CLOUD CRUNCH is a must buy for a vaper that loves thick lingering clouds and cereal lovers.. it's like eating CRUNCH, not too sweet, not too in yo face flavor JOOZE,definitely an ADV..
