At least this guy is honest enough to admit that the Cole-Bishop Amendment would further expand regulations.

Be careful what you ask for. You might just get it, good and hard.

Requiring the FDA to to develop standards for flavors and batteries gives them a back-door way to kill off most existing products despite them being "grandfathered".

Personally vaping industry would do better with less ignorant users.....
Regulations will kill the industry and eliminate any benefit to users.

What a douche.

There is no such thing as "fair" regulation.

There is regulation that you force on others that you like and they don't, or there is regulation that is forced on you that you don't like and they do. There is nothing "fair" about it.
