All I can do is shake my head at the State of New York, and that isn't just due to this bill.

I'll note that it defines:
(A) "FLAVORED E-LIQUID" SHALL MEAN A LIQUID COMPOSED OF NICOTINE AND
OTHER CHEMICALS,

Which should leave people the option of buying 0-nic and adding a "nic shot".

As far as I can (or most anyone) has been able to tell, pretty much indefinitely.

What I'm vaping now is made with nic I bought early in 2014. People on the other forum have had and used nic that's been in the freezer longer than that.

I remember back in the day the nic companies were pushing that 1 year BS.

Now that some people have had nic stored for nearly a decade the reality is as long as you refrigerate and don't open it then it will last pretty much indefinitely.

I sent multiple emails VIA CASAA the other day to my State Legislators and have done so every day since. Not that voicing your objections on a forum is in any way Advocacy but I do my part and will fight for my rights to vape whatever the Fuck I want without Government intervention.
