I have a vamo v5 and was vaping and it got hot and smelled like electrical fire then shut off and won't turn on. Is there a way to fix this problem by replacing some parts? Any help would be great! Thanks

A google search for "vamo board" will give you several results of where you can pick up a set of replacement electronics that you can solder back in, they will run in the $10-15 range or there abouts. I recommend you have the old one removed first so you can compare the one you have to the one you try to purchase. There is not just one manufacturer for the Vamo's

Fasttech has replacement PCBs for the v5 I believe.. Whether they are 'legit' Kangside/KSD (the original maker of the Vamo) boards though who knows..

Not sure on that, mines a v7 so the bodies a little different. I think the v5 has the press fit top cap you can pry off, but be careful you don't destroy the 510s wiring!!
