Twisted coil question

If you are using 2 or more different gauge wires to make a twisted wire how do you know how many wraps to get the desired ohms. Is there an app that allows you to input different gauge wires that you are wrapping

Yes, good o'l "Steam Engine" allows you to. Up with the wire selction there is a drop down list with "twisted/parallel" as an option. Then a new box becomes available just below to input the pitch of your twist... Check it out!
