Nice. Thanks for posting this. I've tried rewicking the stock coil with organic cotton but it didn't work out so well. Haven't had the motivation to try again. Been meaning to get some of the 400 SS mesh but have been slacking on that as well. Do you know anywhere that might carry it locally? Is it used for something else?
How long have you been rocking the Kanthal coil? I've read that it tends to melt the rubber insulator after awhile. That's the only reason I haven't tried a rebuild myself. Rewicking the stock coil is a PITA.
